What the tool is designed to do
Tiny Desk AI is a template-video face replacement interface. You choose an existing office-concert video, upload a clear adult portrait, and assign that face to a person in the clip. The intended edit preserves the source performance while changing selected facial identities. It does not ask your photo to supply a new body, outfit, instrument performance, or singing voice.
What the template provides
The source video supplies its performers, actions, room, camera movement, and timing. A blank face slot means leaving that template person unchanged. Template cards describe planned source options; actual video assets are still to be supplied. Templates must be original or permitted fan-made material, with appropriate rights for any retained soundtrack.
What is available now
This version supports photo validation, template selection, face mapping, prompt copying, and a locally saved settings preview. Photos remain in the browser. The video-processing provider, accounts, payments, and server credit ledger are not connected. A source preview is not an edited result, and no finished MP4 or working checkout is claimed.
Clear parody and audio boundaries
This independent project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by NPR. It does not use NPR logos, program introductions, real concert screenshots, or artist endorsements. The “Outstanding” recording is not supplied, embedded, or downloaded. Face replacement does not clone a voice or create a new song. Review any completed edit before sharing it as clearly labeled parody.
