Prohibited content and use

Do not upload, request, create, or share content using this service that falls into any of these categories:

  • Sexual or explicit content: pornography, nudity presented for sexual purposes, explicit sexual acts, or non-consensual intimate imagery, whether real or AI-generated.
  • Child sexual abuse material and child exploitation: any sexualized content involving a minor, including real, synthetic, or manipulated material. Do not use photos of children in this tool.
  • Violence or gore: graphic injury, extreme violence, threats, or content that promotes harm to people or animals.
  • Hate or harassment: content that promotes hatred or violence against a protected group, or is intended to threaten, bully, or harass a person.
  • Deceptive impersonation and non-consensual face swaps: face replacements made without the person's permission, or used to deceive, defraud, falsely suggest participation or endorsement, or present a fabricated event as real.
  • Intellectual property or other rights violations: footage, music, photos, voices, trademarks, or other material used without the rights or permission required for that use, including material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Other illegal or harmful activity: content or conduct that violates applicable law or facilitates abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

Users must be at least 18 and have permission from every adult whose portrait they use. Identify shared outputs as fan-made parody rather than evidence of an actual performance.

Report a violation

Email [email protected] with the subject “Content safety report”. Include a description, the relevant page or content URL if available, and the reason for your concern. Do not email sexual content involving children or other illegal imagery; describe the concern without attaching the material. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Child exploitation concerns should also be reported to the appropriate authorities or child-protection reporting service.

Review and action

We review reports sent to the support address, assess the available information against this policy, and may ask for additional non-sensitive context. Where we have the technical ability and the circumstances warrant it, we may remove content we host, restrict access, suspend an account or service, or escalate to the appropriate authorities where required. We cannot remove content hosted by unrelated platforms; report it to the host as well. Decisions concerning paid credits and refunds remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Current moderation and future processing

The current site is a local setup preview. Selected photos remain in the user's browser, the site does not receive or review them, and video generation and user accounts are not enabled in this deployment. Reports received by email can be reviewed by the operator. Before face replacement launches, the operator must implement appropriate checks, report handling, and enforcement for the actual upload and processing workflow, and update this policy to accurately describe them.
